Welcome to South West Helicopters Group.

This private helicopter company was formed in February 1996. The Group includes South West Helicopters Ltd and South West Helicopters Agriculture Ltd with bases in southern New Zealand at Te Anau, Tuatapere, Invercargill, Riversdale and Cardrona.

The company group undertakes a wide variety of commercial work, agriculture work, charter work, flight training, and sightseeing flights.

The company has exclusive flying rights onto the Hump-Ridge Track - New Zealand's newest walking Track on the South Island's south western Coast and we hold Department of Conservation concessions to land and operate within the Southern Conservancy and World Heritage Area and on approved trout fishing areas.
